Roof Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Demolition of Existing Roofing Material
2. Installation of New Sheathing Boards
3. Installing Roofing (Waterproof Sheet)
It is made of modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
As a primary waterproofing measure, if the roofing is properly installed, there will be no leaks!

4. Fabrication of Accessories (Kakuzai, Keraba, Valley)
The materials used for the accessories are SGL steel plates.

5. Processing of Ridge Metal and Sealing at Various Locations
At the wall edge, we will process and install a component called the rain guard metal.
We will use stainless steel nails and screws that are resistant to rust!

About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industrial.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
Our company also provides a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel plate, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is thoroughly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal plate that integrates the steel plate and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a high heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and warm winter experience.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Moreover, it is lightweight compared to other roofing materials, which reduces the sway during earthquakes, contributing to earthquake resistance.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and our company’s construction results show that the Super Galtect from Aijii Industrial is the most popular and highly regarded!
