After the construction is completed, if any issues arise and there is no guarantee, it will incur additional costs to fix them. This is a guarantee to prevent that from happening, so we recommend looking for contractors with robust guarantees.

Cash Payment

We will visit you for collection, and you can make your payment then. A receipt will be issued at that time.

Bank Transfer Payment

We will provide you with an invoice for bank transfer. If you would like a receipt, please let us know. We will issue it as soon as we confirm the transfer.

Renovation Loan

Our company has a business partnership with AEON Product Finance.
If you wish to use this service, please inform us before signing the contract.
First, a screening will be conducted by AEON Product Finance, and construction will proceed after passing the screening.
More and more people are opting for loans with manageable monthly payments.

Fixed interest rate: 4.45% per year (as of April 2025) is applicable.

Aftercare by Kakeru Koumuten

One of the concerns customers may have when undergoing renovations is the aftercare once the construction is completed, isn’t it?
While the response before the construction is good, we often hear stories about not being able to get in touch afterward or slow responses.

Therefore, I would like to explain Kakeru Koumuten’s aftercare!

1. Construction Process Photography

We provide before-and-after photos and photos of each stage of the work so that you can check the construction details at any time after completion.

There can be concerns about work done in areas that are not visible.

Unfortunately, there are cases where the work looks good after completion, but the process was neglected.

To alleviate such concerns, you can confirm through the photos that the work has been done properly!

2. After Maintenance

After the construction, we conduct inspections of the work areas at appropriate times.
We check the condition of the roof and exterior walls that were worked on.
You can understand the condition of the roof, which is not often visible.
We will respond quickly to natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, as well as sudden water leak damages.

As mentioned above, there are areas on the roof that must be waterproofed with sealing.
Roof sealing can break within 5 to 10 years, so we offer free repairs during after maintenance.
