As shown in the above photo, even if the paint film on the exterior wall is in good condition, rain streaks, darkening, and moss can occur due to sunlight and structural factors.
When the exterior wall darkens or moss grows, the common options are “exterior wall painting” or “high-pressure washing of the exterior wall”.
If it’s within reach, such as around the first floor, it might be possible to clean it with a household cleaning machine using brushes or sponges as a DIY project, but it becomes quite difficult for the second or third floors.

Typically, exterior painting and high-pressure washing require scaffolding, which inevitably incurs high costs.
Kakeru Koumuten’s exterior cleaning does not require temporary scaffolding, allowing you to restore the beauty of your exterior at about 1/10 the cost of exterior painting!
Point 2 Cleaning without damaging the exterior!
We use gentle water pressure instead of high pressure for washing. The brushes used are specially designed to clean gently, ensuring that the exterior is not damaged while removing dirt.
The detergents used are formulated to prevent discoloration of the sashes and exterior walls!
We also differentiate the detergents used based on the type of dirt, such as rain stains, blackening, and moss!
*Be cautious with moss-resistant detergents, as they can harm or kill plants and greenery if they scatter! Even if moss-resistant detergents cannot be used, cleaning is still possible, so please rest assured!

Caution 1 Severely deteriorated exterior walls
Severely deteriorated siding or mortar walls with many cracks may not be able to be cleaned.
This is to prevent leaks and peeling of the paint film.
Caution 2 Some stains may not come off…
Black stains and rain streaks that have been left for many years may not come off even with cleaning.
In particular, it is difficult to completely remove rain streaks and black stains from textured wall finishes like Jolly Pat.
Jolly Pat exterior walls can discolor or get damaged if you try to forcibly remove black stains or rain streaks, so we use specialized cleaning agents to gently clean them as much as possible. 
As shown above, painted wall exteriors like Jolly Pat finishes may still have some rain streaks remaining even when using specialized chemicals, so caution is necessary.
Depending on sunlight exposure and location, it is recommended to clean the surfaces every 3 to 5 years without leaving dirt unattended!
Note 3 If the joints are severely deteriorated
If the joints of the siding exterior are severely deteriorated, it may lead to leaks, and therefore, we may not be able to perform the work.
Note 4 There may be cases where work cannot be performed due to the structure of the building.
It may be difficult to work in areas such as above eaves, above bay windows, or extremely narrow spots.
We will confirm this during the inspection.
Note 5 We will need to use electricity and water!
During cleaning, we will borrow electricity and water.
If there is no electricity or water outside, additional costs may apply, but we can also provide a generator or tank!
