Roof Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Demolition of Existing Roofing Material
2. Installation of New Sheathing
3. Installing Roofing (Waterproof Sheet)
It is made of modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
As a primary waterproofing measure, if the roofing is properly installed, there will be no leaks!
We will ensure it is securely attached to prevent it from blowing away.
4. Fabricating Accessories (Karakusa and Keraba)
The accessories used are made of SGL steel plate.
4. Main Construction (Aiji Industrial/Super Galtect)
Once the roofing is completed up to the ridge, we will install a nailing board, which is necessary for securing the ridge cap. There are types of nailing boards made of cedar and resin, and this time we used cedar!
5. Fabricating Ridge Cap and Sealing Various Areas
We will process and install the ridge cap and ventilation ridge. We will firmly apply sealing on the inside of the joints.
At the wall edge, we will process and install a component called rain gutter flashing.
We will use stainless steel nails and screws that are resistant to rust![/chat]
6. Cleaning
About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industrial.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
We also provide a 10-year construction warranty!
It is made of SGL steel plate, which is resistant to rust.
The insulation material is tightly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal plate that integrates the steel plate and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a high heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and warm winter.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Moreover, it is lightweight compared to other roofing materials, which reduces the sway during earthquakes, providing earthquake resistance.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and our construction records show that the Super Galtect from Aijii Industrial is the most frequently used, gaining significant attention!
