Exterior Wall Painting Work Procedure

1. High-Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing! We will also wash the ground as well.

2. Protection of Various Parts

Next, we will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting process! If we neglect the protection, gaps may form, allowing paint to seep in, or we may not achieve clean lines.

3. Primer Coat

This is the first step of applying paint after high-pressure washing and substrate treatment. It is the paint that ensures that the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface. By applying the primer coat thoroughly, there will be a significant difference in durability and finish! The primer we use also has substrate adjustment functions, which can seal fine cracks. The premium filler used is compatible with mortar exterior walls, depending on the existing finish paint.

4. Middle Coat

Next is the middle coat. This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness!

5. Top Coat

Next is the top coat. This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting. We will be mindful to ensure there are no uneven areas or missed spots, achieving a beautiful finish! The paint used is ESKE Kaken’s Premium Silicon. The manufacturer’s expected durability is about 14 to 16 years.

6. Painting of Auxiliary Parts (Fascia and Shutters)

The auxiliary parts will be completed after surface preparation such as scraping, followed by primer and topcoat application!

Fascia

After adjusting the substrate, we apply a wood primer to the fascia and then use Yumelock for the middle and top coats, totaling three coats.

Shutters

We ensure to paint every detail thoroughly!
