We received the following consultation from a customer living in Naka-ku, Yokohama. Based on the customer’s request for a quick response while keeping costs down, we proposed to transfer the eaves section for metal processing and to treat the area around the skylight (top light) with sealing. |

Metal Exchange Construction Procedure

The roofing used is Tajima Roofing/Tadis Self!
This material is a delayed adhesive modified asphalt roofing, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
As a primary waterproofing measure, if the roofing is properly installed, there will be no leaks!
We will ensure it is securely applied to prevent it from blowing away.
On top of that, we will process and install decorative elements called “karakusa”! The decorative elements used are made of Galvalume steel!
