Roof Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Existing Roof Material Demolition
2. New Sheathing Installation
After dismantling the existing roofing material, we will process and install new sheathing boards to fit the dimensions![/chat]
3. Installing Roofing (Waterproof Sheet)
The roofing used is Jouyu Pulp Industry/Sunlight G!
It is made of modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
As a primary waterproofing measure, if the roofing is properly installed, there will be no leaks!
We will ensure it is securely attached to prevent it from blowing away. [/chat]
4. Fabrication of Accessories (Karakusa, Keraba, Valley)
Before the main roofing work, we will fabricate and install accessories such as keraba, karakusa, and valley metal!
The accessories used are made of SGL steel plate. [/chat]
5. Main Construction (Aiji Industry/Super Galtect)
After processing the
accessories, we will install the Galttect main body up to the ridge!
Once we have installed it up to the ridge, we will set up the necessary materials to secure the ridge cap called “kanban.” There are types of kanban made from cedar and resin, and this time we used the resin type!
The resin type is expected to have twice the durability compared to the cedar type!
6. Processing of Ridge Cap and Sealing at Various Locations
We will process and install the ridge cap
For the wall edges, we will process and install a component called “ameosae-bankan” (rain guard metal).
The nails and screws used for fixing are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust!
7. Cleaning
We will clean up the debris that has fallen onto the balcony and rain gutters
About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
Our company also provides a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel plate, it is resistant to rust.
The insulation material is tightly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal sheet that integrates the steel plate and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a highly heat-resistant paint, allowing for a cool summer and a warm winter.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, which reduce the sound of rain.
Moreover, it is lightweight compared to other roofing materials, resulting in less sway during earthquakes, making it a good earthquake countermeasure.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry is the most frequently used in our construction achievements, gaining significant attention!
