1.Fading of the Exterior Walls

There is no urgent need to repaint, but it might be good to keep this in mind as one of the indicators for repainting.

2.Chalking

Have you ever touched your exterior wall and found white powder on your hands?
This phenomenon is called “chalking.” It occurs due to UV rays, direct sunlight, rain, and wind, which cause the surface of the paint to deteriorate.
If this chalking phenomenon is left unattended, it may lead to cracks in the exterior wall and the growth of mold, so early maintenance is necessary.

3.Blistering and Peeling of Paint Film

Is the paint film on your exterior wall blistering or peeling? This is also caused by the deterioration of the exterior paint film, and if blistering and peeling are left unattended, rainwater may penetrate into the wall, leading to cracks and other issues.

4.Cracks

Cracks in the exterior wall are referred to as “cracks.”

5.Peeling and Cracking of Sealant
