The existing roofing material is Urban, which is prone to cracking and is not suitable for painting, so the effective renovations would be either a roof overlay or a complete roof replacement.

Roof Overlay Construction Procedure
1. Existing Roof Ridge Cap
2. Roofing Installation (Waterproof Sheet)
It is made of modified asphalt roofing, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
As a primary waterproofing measure, if the roofing is solid, there will be no leaks!
3. Component Processing (Curved Patterns, Eaves, Valleys)
The components used are genuine parts from Galttect, made of SGL copper plate!
4. Main Construction (Aiji Industrial / Super Galttect)
Once it is installed up to the ridge, we will place the necessary materials to secure the ridge board, known as the “kanban.” There are types of kanban made from cedar and resin, and this time we used a resin type!
The resin type is expected to have twice the durability compared to the cedar type!
5. Ridge Cap Processing & Sealing at Various Locations
We will use stainless steel nails and screws that are resistant to rust for securing!
6. Cleaning
About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
Our company also provides a 10-year construction warranty!
Made from SGL steel plates, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is thoroughly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal sheet that integrates steel plates and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a high heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and warm winter experience.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Being lighter than other roofing materials, it also minimizes shaking during earthquakes, serving as an earthquake countermeasure.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry is the most frequently used in our construction achievements and is receiving considerable attention!
