Corrugated Sheet Replacement Work Procedure in Hodogaya-ku, Yokohama

1. Removal of Existing Corrugated Sheets

First, we will remove the old corrugated sheets. This time, the wooden framework will remain as is, and only the corrugated sheets will be removed. We took care to minimize damage to the wood during the removal!

2. Replacement of Battens and Confirmation of Underlayment

We will thoroughly check the base for installing the corrugated sheets and repair any necessary areas without fail.

Any rotten rafters will need to be replaced, but since there were no areas of corrosion this time, we will keep the existing ones! We also took the opportunity to clean the rain gutters!

3. Installation of Corrugated Sheets

We will install polycarbonate corrugated sheets. The sheets will be attached to the wooden base using special fasteners! The sheets will be cut and processed to fit the existing base!

6. Completion

Once the corrugated sheets are installed, the work is complete. As a precaution, we will spray water to check for any leaks.
