Exterior (Wall) Painting Construction Procedure
1. High-Pressure Washing (Exterior Cleaning)
With high-pressure washing, we thoroughly remove black stains and moss from the exterior! If any dirt remains, it can affect the adhesion and lifespan of the clear coating, so we wash carefully. The white foam is from the tile cleaner!
2. Protection of Areas
We protect areas that will not be coated, such as floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the coating process! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.
3. Primer Application
This is an important step to bring out the performance of the coating material, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate uneven application! Since this time we are using a clear coating, unlike regular painting, we will only apply the finishing paint twice, so there is no intermediate coating step.
4. Top Coat
We are committed to ensuring a beautiful finish without any unevenness or missed spots!
The paint used is ESKE Kaken/Tile Fresh! The lifespan is 12 to 15 years!
It prevents the growth of moss and mold, and its high water repellency also prevents the recurrence of darkening on exterior tiles.
