・Inquiry Details We received the following inquiry from a customer living in Machida City, Tokyo. “I am concerned about the deterioration of the exterior wall, so I would like to request a quote. Please propose materials with high durability for over 20 years.” ・Proposal Details For the exterior wall paint, we propose the use of the ultra-durable “Daiya Super Selan Flex”! The durability of Super Selan Flex is approximately 24 to 26 years, making it an ultra-durable exterior wall paint. For the sealing material, we also propose the SR Seal H100, which has a durability of about 30 years!

Joint Replacement Construction Procedure

First, we will replace the joint sealing!
Depending on the paint, the work process may vary.
The sealing material used this time is Sunrise Co., Ltd./SR Seal H100.
Its features include ultra-high durability, ultra-low pollution, flexibility, and resistance to dirt.

Apply the caulking gun nozzle to the joint base and fill it adequately. The caulking material used in this construction is Sunrise Co., Ltd./SR Seal H100.
SR Seal H100 has a durability of about 3 times that of regular caulking materials (urethane, modified silicone, etc.). The expected durability is about 30 years.
The cost is approximately 50,000 to 100,000 yen higher compared to regular modified silicone for a building with a total floor area of 30 tsubo.[/chat]
