Fence Replacement Work Procedure

1. Foundation Installation

First, we will remove the existing fence. We will excavate the soil and install the foundation!

2. Fixing with Mortar

We will fill the gaps between the foundation and the soil with mortar.

3. Post Adjustment

We will measure the height of the posts and other factors. If they are too low, we will add soil to the bottom of the foundation to adjust! If we misalign here, it will cause distortion in the finish, so we proceed with caution!

4. Post Installation

Once the height is determined, we will gradually pour mortar into the foundation. At this time, we will use tools (wedges) to ensure the posts are level and do not tilt.

5. New Fence Installation

Once the mortar between the posts and the foundation has hardened, we will install the fence. This completes the fence replacement!

Gate Painting Work Procedure

1. Surface Preparation (Keren)

To ensure the rust-proof paint penetrates easily, we will perform surface preparation through the Keren process!

2. Primer (Rust-Proof)

We will thoroughly apply rust prevention during the primer coat.

3. Intermediate Coat

This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate uneven application!

4. Top Coat

This is the finishing touch for fence painting. We will ensure that there are no uneven spots or missed areas, aiming for a beautiful finish!
