This is the construction photo of the roof painting work at Mr. I’s residence in Nerima-ku, Tokyo.
We were also entrusted with the rain gutter replacement work (Panasonic PC50) at Mr. I’s residence!
Thanks to utilizing fire insurance, the construction was completed with no out-of-pocket expenses!

Roof Painting Construction Steps

1. High-pressure washing
We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the roof using high-pressure washing.

2. Protection of various areas
We protect areas that will not be painted, such as rain gutters, using masking tape and poly masks.
This is an important task.

3. Surface preparation and crack repair
We repair any cracks.

4. Primer
This time, we used Nippon Paint’s Best Sealer.
Applying a solid primer makes a difference in durability and finish.

5. Intermediate coat
We used Nippon Paint’s Fine Perfect Best for the paint.
The durability is said to be about 10 to 12 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.

6. Top coat
This is the finishing touch for the roof painting.

7. Cleaning

That concludes the process.
The roof was painted in Napoli Brown, and it turned out exceptionally well!
The customer was very satisfied, and I was also very happy!
