Roof Overlay Construction Procedure
1. Dismantling Existing Roofing Materials

3. Installing Roofing (Waterproof Sheet)
It is made of modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
With a primary waterproofing role, if the roofing is solid, there will be no leaks! We will ensure it is securely attached to prevent it from blowing away.
4. Fabrication of Accessories (Karakusa and Keraba)
The materials used for the accessories are SGL steel plates.
5. Main Construction (Aiji Industry/Super Galtect)
Once the roofing is completed up to the ridge, we will install a nailing board, which is necessary for securing the ridge cap. There are types of nailing boards made of cedar and resin, and this time we used a resin type!
The resin type is expected to have twice the durability of the cedar type!
6. Processing of Ridge Cap and Sealing at Various Locations
At the wall edges, we will fabricate and install a rain guard metal component.
The nails and screws used for securing are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust!

About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is Aijii Industry’s Super Galtect.
Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
We also provide a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel plate, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is densely applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal plate that integrates steel plate and insulation.
During installation, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with high heat-resistant paint, allowing for a cool summer and warm winter.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Being lighter than other roofing materials, it reduces the sway during earthquakes, providing earthquake resistance.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and Super Galtect from Aijii Industry is the most frequently used in our construction achievements and is highly regarded!
