The roofing material used is the Stanby 333 from Inagaki Shouji.
Stanby 333 comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
For roof replacement and overlay, we also provide a 10-year construction warranty!
If there are any leaks within 10 years, we will make repairs free of charge.
It is made of Galvalume steel, which is resistant to rust.
We pursue the basic functions of the roof, such as water drainage and strength, by applying ripples and ribs to the surface of the roofing material, enhancing the strength of the roof surface and preventing the phenomenon of board noise.

Additionally, it features a molded integrated standing seam that does not require hanging pieces or locking, consisting of a single long sheet metal (long metal sheet) from the peak of the roof to the eaves, eliminating horizontal seams in between, which minimizes the risk of leaks by preventing the flow of rainwater and providing no opportunity for it to enter beneath the roofing material. It is recommended for houses with a gentle roof slope.
Moreover, it is the lightest among metal roofs, and by reducing the weight of the roof, it is possible to make your home more earthquake-resistant through roof replacement.
