Joint Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Removal of Existing Sealing Material
If there are areas where the bond breaker preventing three-sided adhesion has come off, we will apply a new bond breaker.
2. Protection
We will carefully apply the tape, ensuring it does not dig into the surface.

The caulking material used for this work is Sunrise / SR Seal S70. SR Seal S70 is a non-bleed type that is less likely to cause joint contamination, making it a high-performance sealing material suitable for exposed joints as well as for painting substrates.

Neglecting protective measures can create gaps, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.
4. Primer Coat
The primer used is Nissin Sangyo / GAINA Multi Sealer. This is a GAINA (ガイナ) exclusive primer developed in collaboration between Kikuchi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and Nissin Sangyo Co., Ltd., featuring excellent adhesion durability.
5. Middle Coat
The paint used is Nissin Sangyo / GAINA (ガイナ), which is characterized by its high insulation and heat shielding properties!
6. Top Coat
The paint used is the same as the middle coat, Nissin Sangyo / GAINA (ガイナ).
7. Painting of Additional Parts (Bathroom Ceiling, Slim Duct, Rain Gutter, Entrance Door)

For the painting of the bathroom ceiling, we used Nissin Sangyo / GAINA, just like for the exterior wall painting. After protecting the areas that will not be painted, we apply the primer, middle coat, and top coat.
For other attached parts, after finishing the surface preparation such as scraping, we apply a rust preventive in the primer for iron parts, and then use Rock Paint / Yumelock for the middle and top coats. We make sure to paint even the smallest areas thoroughly!
Additionally, we disassemble the slim duct to prevent it from sticking together during painting. By detaching and painting, we can also ensure that the exterior wall beneath the slim duct is painted properly! [/chat]
