Joint Replacement Construction Procedure

To enhance the adhesion of the sealing material and the substrate, apply primer to the work surface with a brush or similar tool, ensuring no areas are left uncoated. [/chat]

4. Filling the Sealing Material

Next, we will inject the sealing material. Place the nozzle of the caulking gun against the bottom of the joint and fill it adequately.

The caulking material used in this construction is Sunrise/SR Seal H100. It has a durability of approximately 30 years and is ultra-durable, ultra-low pollution, flexible, and resistant to dirt.[/chat]

5. Finishing with a Trowel

Using a trowel that matches the width of the joint, press firmly and finish smoothly. [/chat]

1. High-Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls with high-pressure washing! If dirt remains, it will affect the adhesion and durability of the paint, so we wash carefully.

After the high-pressure washing is complete, we will perform substrate adjustments such as crack repairs while checking the deterioration of the exterior walls! [/chat]
