1. Cut the eaves board to size

2. Attach the cut new eaves board
Instead of simply overlapping the eaves board material, we will adjust each piece carefully to ensure there are no gaps at the tip of the eaves board.
3. Caulking treatment for joints and narrow gaps on the exterior wall side
We will perform caulking treatment carefully according to the condition of each area.

Roof Painting Construction Steps
1. Surface preparation
We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the roof.
2. Protection of various areas
We protect areas that will not be painted using masking tape and polymer masks.
This is an important task.
3. Base treatment and crack repair
We will repair any cracks.
4. Primer (rust prevention)
This time, we used Nippon Paint’s Hypone Fine Dekuro.
Applying a solid primer makes a difference in durability and finish.
5. Intermediate coat
We used Nippon Paint’s Fine Perfect Best for the paint.
It is said to have a durability of about 12 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.
6. Top coat
This is the finishing touch for the roof painting.

Kiriyoke Painting Construction Steps
1. Surface preparation
We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the roof.
2. Protection of various areas
We protect areas that will not be painted using masking tape and polymer masks.

We will apply a rust prevention primer.
4. Second Coat
We used Nippon Paint’s Fine Urethane for the paint.
5. Final Coat
This is the finishing touch with Kiriyaoke paint.
Procedure for Gutter Replacement Work
1. Dismantling Existing Gutter
We will remove the gutter and brackets without damaging the fascia board.
2. Installing New Gutter Brackets
We will install new gutter brackets. When installing the brackets, we will use kite string or chalk lines to ensure the proper slope of the rain gutter. The slope of the rain gutter is very important!
Note that due to the fascia board (where the gutter brackets were attached) or building distortions, even if we set the slope with the brackets, there may be backflow. It is crucial to check the slope with a level against the fascia board before attaching the brackets!

4. Connecting to Existing Downspout
We will connect the existing downspout to the gutter.
5. Cleaning
We have completed the job by cleaning up the trash that had fallen to the ground!
