1. High-Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing! If dirt remains, it can affect the adhesion and durability of the paint, so we wash carefully.

2. Protection of Various Parts

Using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks, we protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors. This is a very important task in the painting process! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in, or clean lines may not be achieved.

3. Primer Application

This is the first step of applying paint after high-pressure washing and surface preparation, and it is essential for ensuring that the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface.

Applying the primer thoroughly makes a significant difference in durability and finish! The primer we use is SK Kaken’s Water-Based Soft Surf SG.

4. Middle Coat

This is the finishing touch for the exterior painting. We focus on ensuring there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish! The paint used is Mizutani Paint’s Nano Composite W.
