1. High-Pressure Washing

We thoroughly remove dirt and moss with high-pressure washing of the exterior wall!

2. Protection of Various Areas

We use masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks to protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors. This is a very important task in the painting work! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.

3. Primer Application

This is the first step of applying paint after high-pressure washing and substrate treatment. It is a primer that ensures that the middle and top coats adhere well to the painted surface. By applying the primer thoroughly, there is a significant difference in durability and finish! The primer we use also has substrate adjustment functions, which can seal fine cracks!

4. Middle Coat

This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness!

5. Top Coat

This is the finishing touch for exterior wall painting. We pay attention to ensure there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish! The paint used is from SK Kaken / Premium Silicon!
