Joint Replacement Construction Procedure

1. Removal of Existing Sealing Material

We will remove the existing sealing material using a cutter or similar tools.

2. Applying Masking Tape

4. Filling with Sealing Material

Next, we will apply the sealing. The sealing material used this time is SR Seal H100! SR Seal H100 is a modified silicone-based sealing material that offers high durability and weather resistance. Its durability is approximately 30 years or more.

5. Finishing with a Trowel

Press firmly with a trowel that matches the joint width and finish it smoothly.

6. Removal of Masking Tape

Remove the masking tape promptly after finishing.

This time, we were able to finish beautifully without any issues!

Exterior Wall Painting Construction Procedure

1. High-Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing! If dirt remains, it can affect the adhesion and durability of the paint, so we wash carefully.
We also provided complimentary cleaning of the ground and inside the rain gutters!
This time, we performed high-pressure washing using bio-cleaning.

2. Substrate Adjustment

After the high-pressure washing is complete, we assess the condition of the exterior walls and perform substrate adjustments such as crack repairs.

3. Protection of Surrounding Areas

Next, we protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting process! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.

4. Primer Application

After completing high-pressure washing and substrate treatment, we begin the first application of paint, which is the primer. This primer ensures that the middle and top coats adhere properly to the surface. A thorough primer application greatly impacts durability and finish quality!
This time, we used Astec Paint’s Epithic Filler as the primer.

5. Middle Coat

Next is the middle coating. This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate uneven application!
The paint used for the middle coating this time is Astec Paint’s Silicon REVO1000-IR.

6. Top Coating

Next is the top coating. This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting. We will be mindful to ensure there are no uneven areas or missed spots, achieving a beautiful finish! The paint used is Astec Paint’s Silicon REVO1000-IR. The manufacturer’s expected durability is approximately 13 to 16 years. Astec Paint’s heat-reflective paint holds the NO.1 share among heat-reflective paints! Due to its excellent cost performance and heat-reflective properties, it has become a very popular paint with us!
This time, the paint used for the top coating is the same as the middle coating, Astec Paint’s Silicon REVO1000-IR.

7. Accessory Painting (Eaves, Water Cutting, Storm Shutter Boxes, Nose Hiding)

Eaves

The eaves are less exposed to sunlight and therefore less prone to deterioration, but due to the lack of sunlight, they tend to be more susceptible to moss and mold. For this reason, we use paint with high anti-mold and moisture-permeable properties for the eaves.
The paint used is Nippon Paint/Ken Ace.

For the attached parts, after finishing the surface preparation such as scraping, in the case of iron parts, we apply a rust preventive primer, then use Yumelock for the intermediate and top coats. We ensure that every detail is thoroughly painted!

Balcony Waterproofing Construction Procedure

1. Surface Preparation and Roughening

To improve the adhesion of

paint, we will create fine scratches on the painting surface! This is known as substrate treatment! We will roughen the smooth surface!

2. Acetone Wiping

Next, we will perform acetone wiping! This is also an important substrate treatment. Acetone wiping involves removing the oil film from the FRP waterproofing surface! Skipping this step can lead to paint peeling.[/chat]

3. Primer Application (Undercoat)

The primer acts as an adhesive that promotes the adhesion between the waterproof layer and the topcoat![/chat]

4. Topcoat Application
