Exterior Wall Painting Work Procedure
1. High-Pressure Washing
High-pressure washing of the exterior wall thoroughly removes moss and dirt.
2. Protection of Various Parts
Using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks, protect areas such as windows, sashes, and floors that should not get wet.
This is an important task.
3. Substrate Treatment & Crack Repair
Cracks are repaired.
4. Primer Application
This time, we used SG Soft Surf from SK Kaken.
Applying a solid primer makes a difference in durability and finish.
5. Intermediate Coating
The paint used was Cerami Silicon from SK Kaken.
The durability is said to be about 10 to 12 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.
6. Top Coating
This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting.
8. Cleaning
That concludes the process.
We used Panasonic PC50 for the rain gutters.
Unlike Denka and Eslon rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing greater strength.
