1. High-pressure washing
To ensure proper adhesion, we clean the dirt as applying over it would cause it to peel off quickly.

2. Surface preparation
The surface of the old concrete is uneven and has cracks, so we clean it with cationic cement.

3. Primer
We apply this to enhance adhesion.

4. Ventilation sheet installation
We install the ventilation sheet across the entire flat area to prevent wrinkles and air pockets.

5. Joint Tape Application
Apply joint tape at the joints without any seams.

6. Reinforcement Mesh Sheet Application (Uplift)
To prevent cracking of the waterproof layer due to impact and to ensure the thickness of the waterproof layer, apply a reinforcement mesh sheet.

7. Vent Pipe Installation
This is a pipe used to exhaust water vapor that occurs between the waterproof layer on the roof and the substrate (such as concrete).
Secure the vent pipe firmly so that it does not move.

8. Polyurethane Base Material (1st Layer)
Apply evenly and flatly.
For uplifts and other areas, use a dedicated polyurethane base material.

9. Polyurethane Base Material (2nd Layer)
Apply in the same manner as the 1st layer. Ensure a sufficient thickness of the membrane around drains, uplifts, and vent pipes.

10. Top Coat
This serves to protect the polyurethane base material. It protects against friction when walking and against dirt.
