Exterior Wall Painting Construction Procedure
1. High-Pressure Washing
We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing.
2. Protection of Various Parts
We will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks.
This is a very important task in the painting process! If we neglect the protection, gaps may form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.
3. Primer Application
This time, we used Nippon Paint’s Perfect Primer.
Applying the primer thoroughly makes a significant difference in durability and finish.
4. Intermediate Coating
We used Nippon Paint’s Perfect Top for the paint.
The manufacturer’s expected durability is said to be about 12 to 15 years.
Durability may vary depending on the region and sunlight exposure.
5. Top Coating
This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting.
6. Additional Component Painting (rain gutter, storm shutters, and eaves)
We will also paint the finer details.

7. Cleaning
