We conducted a roof painting renovation using Ares Dynamic Roof! Chiba Prefecture
This is the construction photo of the roof painting work for Company N in Chiba Prefecture.
We were also entrusted with the exterior wall painting work!

Roof Painting Work Procedure
1. High-pressure washing
We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the roof using high-pressure washing.
2. Protection of each part
We protect areas that will not be painted, such as rain gutters, using masking tape and poly masks.
This is an important task.
3. Base treatment and crack repair
We repair any cracks.
4. Primer
This time, we used Nippon Paint’s Best Sealer.
By applying a solid primer, we ensure durability and a better finish.
5. Intermediate coat
We used Kansai Paint’s Ales Dynamic Roof for the paint.
It is said to have a durability of about 12 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.
6. Topcoat
This is the finishing touch for roof painting.
7. Cleaning
That concludes the process.
