We thoroughly remove moss and dirt from the exterior walls with high-pressure washing.
2. Protection of Areas
We protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks.
This is a very important task in the painting process! If protection is neglected, gaps may form, allowing paint to seep in, or clean lines may not be achieved.
3. Primer Application
We used Mizutani Paint’s Nano Composite Filler.
Applying a solid primer makes a significant difference in durability and finish.
4. Intermediate Coating
For the paint, we used Mizutani Paint’s Nano Composite W.
The manufacturer’s expected durability is said to be about 12 to 16 years.
Durability may vary depending on the region and sunlight exposure.
The main feature of Nano Composite W is its ‘auto-cleaning function’!
