Exterior Wall Painting Work Procedure

1. High-Pressure Washing

With bio-washing, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the roof! Unlike high-pressure washing that removes dirt with water pressure, bio-washing involves mixing chemicals to clean bacteria, moss, and plants from the roots!

2. Protection of Each Area

Using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks, we will protect areas such as windows, sashes, and floors that will not be painted. This is a very important task in the painting process! If we neglect the protection, gaps may form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines. [/chat]

3. Primer

This is the first step of applying paint after high-pressure washing and substrate treatment. It is a primer that ensures that the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface. A well-applied primer significantly affects durability and finish! The primer we use also has substrate adjustment functions, which can seal fine cracks!

4. Middle Coat

This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate uneven application!

5. Top Coat

This is the finishing touch for exterior wall painting. We focus on ensuring there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish! We used Mizutani Paint’s Nano Composite W for the paint.
The manufacturer’s expected durability is said to be about 12 to 16 years.
Durability may vary depending on the region and sunlight exposure.

Balcony Waterproofing Construction Procedure

1. Surface Preparation and Roughening

To improve the adhesion of

paint, we will create fine scratches on the painting surface! This is known as surface preparation! We will make the smooth surface rough!

2. Acetone Wiping

Next, we will perform acetone wiping! This is also an important surface preparation step. Acetone wiping involves removing the oil film from the FRP waterproof surface! Skipping this process can lead to paint peeling.[/chat]

3. Primer Application (Undercoat)

The primer acts as an adhesive that promotes the adhesion between the waterproof layer and the topcoat![/chat]

4. Topcoat Application

The topcoat is generally applied in two layers!
