Exterior Wall Painting Construction Procedure

1. High-Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing! If dirt remains, it can affect the adhesion and durability of the paint, so we wash carefully. We also wash the exterior structures, concrete floors, and inside the rain gutters. This time, we used bio-cleaning!

2. Masking

We will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, frames, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting process!

If masking is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or preventing clean lines from being achieved.

3. Surface Preparation

Next, while checking the condition of the exterior walls, we will perform surface preparation such as crack repairs.

4. Primer Application

This is the first step of applying paint after completing high-pressure washing and substrate treatment. It is the paint used to firmly adhere the middle and top coats applied from above to the painting surface. By thoroughly applying the primer, there will be a significant difference in durability and finish!

The paint used is from Seika Japan / Diacres Filler.

5. Middle Coat

Next is the middle coat. This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness!

The paint used is Seika Japan / Dia Super Selanflex.

6. Top Coat

Next is the top coat. This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting. We will consciously ensure that there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish!

The paint used is the same as the middle coat, Seika Japan / Dia Super Selanflex.

7. Painting of Auxiliary Parts (Fascia, Eaves, Rain Gutter, Soffit, Canopy, Shutters, Wooden Frames)

For the attached parts of

, after finishing the surface preparation such as scraping, for iron parts, we apply a rust preventive Lock Paint / Sabicut as a primer, followed by a mid-coat and top-coat with Lock Paint / Yumelock. We ensure to paint even the smallest details thoroughly!

For the eaves and gables, we used SK Kaken / Premium Inorganic Mild for both the mid-coat and top-coat.
