Exterior Wall Washing (Exterior Wall Cleaning) Construction Procedure
1. Preparation
If there are plants or vehicles nearby, we will take precautions before starting the cleaning!
2. Exterior Wall Cleaning
We will spray a special cleaning solution for exterior walls from the top down using a machine that mixes the detergent and a specialized extendable brush!
The tip of the specialized brush sprays water and detergent, allowing us to reach even three-story buildings! As shown in the photo above, we will also clean the rain gutters and piping!
For exterior wall cleaning, we use gentle water pressure instead of high-pressure washing. The brush we use is specialized and cleans gently, removing dirt without damaging the exterior walls.
Since we only use electric machines, there will be no loud noises or disturbances during the work!
The detergent we use is formulated to prevent discoloration of the sashes and exterior walls!
We also differentiate the detergents used based on the type of dirt, such as rain streaks, black stains, and moss!
* Detergents that are strong against moss can harm or kill nearby plants, so caution is necessary!

4. Water Rinsing
