1.Floor/wall curing

Use masking tape, poly masker, etc. to protect areas that will not be painted, such as walls and floors. This is a very important part of the painting process! If you neglect curing, there will be gaps in the curing and paint will get in, and you will not be able to get clean lines.

2.Base adjustment

First, let’s start with the surface treatment of the wood. Polish it to make the surface smooth. If the surface is uneven, the finish will not be clean!

3.undercoat

This is the first step of applying paint after curing and surface preparation, and is used to ensure that the intermediate and top coats that are applied from above adhere firmly to the painted surface. Applying a thorough undercoat will make a big difference in durability and finish!

4.Intermediate coating

This is an important process to maximize the performance of the paint, create a beautiful finish, and eliminate uneven coating!

5.Top coat

This will be the finish for the interior wood painting. We do this with care to ensure a beautiful finish with no unevenness or leftover paint! The paint used is Nippon Paint/Ken Ace!

6.cleaning

All the works are now complete!
