Interior Wood Painting Construction Procedure
1.Floor Protection
We will carefully perform floor protection.
2.Surface Preparation
We will conduct scraping and cleaning of the substrate.
3.Protection
We will carefully protect the areas not to be painted using masking tape or similar materials. Since wallpaper will be applied to the walls after the interior wood painting, we are not covering them for protection.
4.The primer coat
We used a cationic clear sealer to prevent the accumulation of resin and other substances typical to wood surfaces.
5.The intermediate coat
We used Japan Paint’s Fine Silicone paint.
Its durability is estimated to be between 10 to 12 years.
However, the actual durability may vary depending on factors such as sunlight exposure.
6.The topcoat
This completes the finishing of the interior wood painting.
After this, the wallpaper installer will hang the wallpaper, and the work will be completed!
7.Cleaning
