This is the construction photo of the rain gutter replacement work (Panasonic/PC50) at Mr. T’s residence in Nakano-ku, Tokyo.

Fire insurance for snow damage was applied for the rain gutter!
Rain Gutter Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Temporary Scaffolding Installation
We will set up scaffolding suitable for the work.
2. Existing Rain Gutter Dismantling
We carefully dismantle it to avoid damaging the fascia board.
3. Mounting of Support Brackets
This is a very important task to ensure the correct slope with the brackets.
4. Installation of New Eaves Gutter
We apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent leaks.
5. Installation of Water Collector
We direct rainwater from the eaves gutter to the vertical gutter.
We pay attention to the position to avoid putting stress on it.
6. Installation of Vertical Gutter
Just like with the eaves gutter, we apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent it from coming loose.
7. Completion (Water Flow Test)
We run water to check for any leaks.
This is an important task as issues may be found during the final check.
Panasonic PC50
We used Panasonic PC50 for the rain gutters.
Unlike Denka and Eslon rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing greater strength.
Basically, we recommend Panasonic PC50!
You can choose from six colors: Milk White, Pearl Gray, Shincha, Black, Modern Beige, and Oak Brown.
The rain gutter replacement work was finished very well with Shincha!
