Exterior Wall Painting Construction Procedure
1. High-Pressure Washing
We thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls with high-pressure washing! If any dirt remains, it can affect the adhesion and lifespan of the paint, so we wash carefully.

Joint Replacement Work Procedure
1. Removal of Existing Sealing Material
It is referred to as sealing, caulking, or joints. This area is crucial as it can easily lead to water leaks and cause cracking or lifting of the siding. Cracks and peeling are signs of deterioration!

Auton Exceed has a lifespan of about 3 times that of regular caulking materials (such as urethane and modified silicone). The expected lifespan is about 30 years. The cost will be about 50,000 to 100,000 yen higher for a building with a total floor area of 30 tsubo.
