Rain Gutter Replacement Procedure
1. Temporary Scaffolding Setup
We will assemble scaffolding suitable for the work.
2. Existing Rain Gutter Dismantling
We carefully dismantle it to avoid damaging the fascia.
3. Bracket Installation
This is a very important task as we need to create a slope with the brackets.
4. New Eaves Gutter Installation
We apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent leaks.
5. Water Collector Installation
We direct rainwater from the eaves gutter to the vertical gutter.
We pay attention to the position to avoid putting stress on it.
6. Vertical Gutter Installation
Just like the eaves gutter, we apply rain gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent it from coming loose.
7. Completion (Water Test)
We will run water to check for any leaks.
This is an important task as deficiencies may be found during the final inspection.
Rain
Panasonic PC50
We used Panasonic PC50 for the rain gutters.
Unlike Denka and Eslon rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing greater strength.
Basically, we recommend Panasonic PC50!
You can choose from six colors: Milk White, Pearl Gray, Shincha, Black, Modern Beige, and Oak Brown.
The rain gutter replacement work was finished very well with Milk White!
