The use of elastic paint is not allowed.

Spray tile is often applied to mortar exterior walls.
It is a material that generally has fewer issues during replacement.
Due to its uneven surface, dirt can accumulate easily, so thorough cleaning is important.
For the primer, a filler-type primer that prevents cracking is recommended.
It is also recommended to use an elastic type of paint that is strong against cracking and easy to clean with a glossy finish.
Risin
Risin is made by mixing aggregates (finely crushed stone) with resin and cement.
It is characterized by a rough texture and a non-glossy appearance.
It has the disadvantage of being prone to cracking and getting dirty easily.
For the primer, a filler-type that prevents cracking is recommended.
Since painting risin with a glossy finish can lead to unevenness, it is recommended to use matte paint.

Stucco
