Company Introduction – Reasons We Can Achieve Low Prices
Kakeru Koumuten Co., Ltd. operates with three bases in Aoba-ku, Yokohama.
Why can Kakeru Koumuten offer low prices?
Consistent work by a team
For example, there are times when you want to do roof work and exterior painting together.
With other companies, the sales company orders roof work, painting work, and scaffolding work from different companies, which incurs time and intermediate margins
that can add up.
Specifically, there might be a two-day gap after the scaffolding work before the roof work starts. After the roof work, there could be a three-day gap before the painting work begins. And then, a week after the painting work, the scaffolding is dismantled.
…This can happen.
Since each process involves different contractors, troubles are likely to arise.
In our case, we can perform everything consistently in-house, allowing for quick work without incurring intermediate costs.
For example…
Work details: Rain gutter replacement (10m)
■ When the scaffolding contractor and rain gutter repair contractor are separate
Scaffolding contractor / Scaffolding setup 1 day
Rain gutter contractor / Rain gutter repair 1 day
Scaffolding contractor / Scaffolding dismantling 1 day Construction period・・3 days
■ In the case of Kakeru Koumuten
From scaffolding setup to rain gutter replacement and scaffolding dismantling…surprisingly, construction period: 1 day!!
Shortening the construction period reduces transportation and labor costs!!
Additionally, each construction team member meets daily at the material storage area or office for discussions.
Because of good teamwork and coordination, work is done quickly, and any troubles can be addressed promptly.
Cost reduction and environmental initiatives
Most contractors dispose of waste materials by mixing them together (mixed waste).
At Kakeru Koumuten Co., Ltd., we have a 430 square meter material storage area and a 900 square meter material storage area, allowing us to sort and dispose of materials properly.
This way, we can reduce waste disposal costs, but most contractors do not go that far.
* For example, if you mix 1 cubic meter of wood, 1 cubic meter of metal, and 2 cubic meters of tiles in one truck (about 4 cubic meters), the disposal cost is about 80,000 yen excluding tax.
* If sorted into wood, metal, and tiles…
1 cubic meter of wood: 6,000 yen
1 cubic meter of metal: 0 yen
2 cubic meters of tiles: 30,000 yen
Total: 36,000 yen
➡With the same waste materials, you can save 44,000 yen!
Introduction to the material storage area

The first material storage primarily holds scaffolding materials and waste materials!
The second material storage has a large warehouse where we store roofing materials, rain gutters, and paints!
Since there is a prefabricated office in the second material storage, administrative tasks are also conducted here.

We also display national qualifications such as sheet metal technician and painting technician certificates (laughs).
Both storage locations are equipped with security cameras and sensors to ensure the safety of customers’ solar panels and belongings!
This concludes the introduction of Kakeru Koumuten’s storage facilities.
