1. Temporary scaffolding installation
We will set up scaffolding suitable for the work.
2. Existing rain gutter dismantling
We will carefully dismantle it to avoid damaging the fascia.
3. Bracket installation
This is a crucial task to ensure the proper slope with the brackets.
4. New eaves gutter installation
We will apply gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent leaks.
5. Downspout installation
We will direct rainwater from the eaves gutter to the downspout.
We will be careful about the position to avoid any load.
6. Existing downspout connection
Similar to the eaves gutter, we will apply gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent disconnection.
7. Completion (Water Test)
We will run water to check for any leaks.
This is an important task as deficiencies may be found during the final check.
