About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is Aijii Industrial’s Super Galtect.
Super Galtect comes with a 15-year paint warranty and a 25-year hole warranty from the manufacturer.
Our company also provides a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of Galvalume steel, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is tightly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal plate that integrates steel and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with high heat-reflective paint, allowing for cool summers and warm winters.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Moreover, it is lightweight compared to other roofing materials, which minimizes swaying during earthquakes, making it a good earthquake countermeasure.
You can choose from five colors: Shade Black, Shade Brown, Shade Blue, Shade Moss Green, Shade Charcoal.
