3. Primer Application
This time, we used Nippon Paint’s Hypone Fine Deco (rust prevention).
By applying the primer thoroughly, we can achieve better durability and finish.
4. Intermediate Coating
We used Kansai Paint’s Sera M Retan for the paint.
The durability is said to be about 6 to 8 years.
The durability may vary depending on sunlight exposure and other factors.
5. Final Coating
This is the finishing of the exterior wall painting.
6. Painting of Auxiliary Parts (Rain Gutter, Eaves, Mortar)
We thoroughly paint everything that can be painted.

7. Cleaning
Roof Painting Work Procedure
