Exterior Painting Construction Steps

1. Removal of Exterior Wall

First, the tiles on the exterior wall were peeling and posed a risk of falling, which could lead to injuries or damage. After discussing with the customer, we proceeded with the removal! The upper part and both sides were sturdy, so we decided to leave them as an accent.

2. High-Pressure Washing

We thoroughly remove dirt and moss with high-pressure washing of the exterior walls!

3. Protection of Various Areas

We will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting process! If protection is neglected, gaps in the protection can allow paint to seep in, resulting in uneven lines.

4. Primer Application

This is the first application of paint after high-pressure washing and surface preparation, ensuring that the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface. A thorough primer application greatly impacts durability and finish! The primer we use also has surface adjustment functions, sealing fine cracks!

5. Middle Coat

This is a crucial step to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness!

6. Top Coat

This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting. We pay close attention to ensure there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish! The paint used is Esuke Kaken / Premium Silicon!

7. Painting of Auxiliary Parts (Canopy & Shutters)

Canopy

Surface preparation (removing old paint and rust) will be carried out, followed by rust prevention (primer) ☞ primer ☞ topcoat in that order!

Shutters

We will thoroughly paint every detail! We will perform surface preparation (removing old paint and rust), and complete the work in the order of rust prevention ☞ primer ☞ topcoat!
