After the high-pressure washing is complete, we will proceed with the surface preparation. This time, since the cracks were large, we performed repairs using the V-cut method!

The V-cut method involves making cuts in the cracked areas with a grinder, filling them with resin mortar, and finishing with plastering!

If large cracks are repaired only with regular sealing, they will quickly reoccur and become a cause of leaks!

3. Primer

After completing the high-pressure washing and surface preparation, this is the first step of applying paint, which ensures that the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface. We use a sealer specifically for exterior painting. To prevent blistering, we used a highly breathable sealer! Surfacer and filler can cause blistering, so they are not recommended for exterior painting!

4. Middle Coat

This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness!

5. Top Coat

will be the finishing touch for the painting. We will ensure that there are no uneven spots or missed areas, aiming for a beautiful finish! The paint used is International Paint/IP Youheki Coat! This paint helps maintain the aesthetic of block walls and similar structures for a long time! It is a paint that prevents the most common trouble in exterior painting, which is blistering!

6. Drain Pipe Replacement

We will install the brackets for the drain pipe!

We will connect and secure the drain pipe.

Finally, we will paint the brackets in the same color as the exterior, completing the project!
