3. Primer
This time, we used SK Kaken’s water-based Soft Surf SG.
Applying the primer thoroughly makes a difference in durability and finish.
4. Intermediate Coating
We used SK Kaken’s water-based Premium Silicon for the paint.
The expected durability from the manufacturer is said to be about 14 to 16 years.
Durability may vary depending on sunlight and other factors.
5. Top Coating
This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting.
6. Painting of Auxiliary Parts (Rain Gutter, Eaves, Fascia)
We will paint everything that can be painted thoroughly.

9. Cleaning
Wave Panel Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Remove Existing Wave Panels
First, we will remove the old wave panels. During this process,
if it’s a hook pin, it can be removed easily by hand,
but if it’s hardware, it takes more time!
2. Check the Underlying Structure
In the case of balconies, there are often aluminum frames,
but it’s the same for wooden frames, iron frames, and aluminum frames.
Make sure to thoroughly check the underlying structure for the wave panels and repair any areas that need it.
Be sure to carry out the necessary repairs.
3. Install Wave Panels
If there are areas that cannot be cleaned after replacing the wave panels, clean them before installation.
4. Cleaning
We thoroughly clean around the house and inside the balcony during the scaffold dismantling.
