Roof Replacement Construction Procedure
1. Existing Roof Demolition
We will dismantle the existing roof.
2. Installing New Sheathing
After dismantling the roof, we will process and install new sheathing according to the dimensions.
3. Installing Roofing (Waterproof Sheet)
The roofing used this time is modified asphalt. It is expected to have double the durability of asphalt roofing!
4. Fabricating Accessories (Curlicue, Eaves, Valley Flashing, Waste Board)
We will process and install the curlicue, eaves, valley flashing, and waste board.
5. Main Construction
Once the main body is finished, we will install the ridge and wall flashing. This time, we used cedar flashing, but there are also flashing options made of corrosion-resistant resin.
6. Ridge Flashing and Wall Rain Stop Flashing Processing
We will process and install the ridge flashing and ventilation ridge. For the wall, we will process and install a component called rain stop flashing. We will also apply sealing thoroughly.
7. Cleaning
We will remove footprints and any debris that has fallen around the house and inside the rain gutters, and perform a thorough cleaning.
We strive to leave the site cleaner than it was before the work began!
With that, the construction is complete!
About the Roofing Material
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
We also provide a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel plate, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is tightly adhered from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal plate that integrates steel plate and insulation.
During installation, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with high heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and warm winter experience.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Being lighter than other roofing materials, it also minimizes shaking during earthquakes, providing earthquake resistance.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry is the most frequently used in our construction achievements, gaining significant attention!
