Exterior Wall Painting Work Procedure

1. High-Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss using high-pressure washing! The white foam is from the bio-cleaning process.

2. Surface Protection

Next, we use masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks to protect windows, sashes, floors, and other areas that will not be painted. This is a very important task in the painting process! If we neglect the surface protection, gaps may form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.

3. Primer Application

This is the first step in the painting process after high-pressure washing and surface preparation, where the primer is applied. This primer ensures that the middle and top coats adhere firmly to the surface. By applying the primer thoroughly, you can significantly enhance durability and finish! The primer we use also has surface adjustment properties, which help seal fine cracks!

4. Middle Coating

Next, we will carry out the middle coating process! This is a crucial step to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate unevenness!

5. Top Coating

Next is the top coating. This is the final step in exterior wall painting. We focus on ensuring there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish! The paint used is from SK Kaken / Premium Silicon!
