First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing! If any dirt remains, it can affect the adhesion and lifespan of the paint, so we wash carefully. We also provide cleaning around the exterior and entrance as a complimentary service!

2. Protection of Various Areas

Next, we will protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors, using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks. This is a very important task in the painting process! If protection is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.

3. Primer and Topcoat for Siding Exterior Walls

Next, we will start painting the siding exterior walls! We will focus on achieving a beautiful finish without any unevenness or missed spots!

The paint used is Kikusui Chemical/SP Power Fluorine Clear!
SP Power Fluorine Clear is a clear paint compatible with photocatalytic siding (difficult-to-adhere siding). It has an extremely long durability!

4. Primer Coat

This is the first step of applying paint after high-pressure washing and substrate treatment, ensuring that the middle and top coats adhere well to the painted surface. By applying the primer coat thoroughly, there will be a significant difference in durability and finish!

5. Intermediate Coating

This is an important process to bring out the performance of the paint, achieve a beautiful finish, and eliminate uneven application!

6. Final Coating

Finally, we apply the final coating, which is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting. We focus on ensuring there are no uneven spots or missed areas, resulting in a beautiful finish! The paint used is from SK Kaken / Premium Inorganic!

We will thoroughly paint every detail! For metal parts, we will apply a rust preventive primer before the intermediate and top coats!

Joint Replacement Work Procedure

1. Removal of Existing Sealing Material

First, we will remove the existing sealing material using a cutter or similar tool.
This is referred to as sealing, caulking, or joints. It is a critical area that can easily lead to water leaks and cause cracking or lifting of the siding. Cracks or peeling are signs of deterioration!
If you are performing clear coating and sealing work, you must not apply clear paint on the new sealing, so it will be sealing work after clear coating!

2. Masking (Applying Masking Tape)

Next, we check the position to apply the tape and carefully attach it to avoid any overlap on the surface.

3. Application of Primer

Next, we will apply the primer with a brush or similar tool, ensuring there are no missed spots.

4. Filling with Sealing Material

Next, apply the caulking gun nozzle to the joint base and fill it adequately. The caulking material used is Auto Chemical/Auton Exceed.
Auton Exceed has a durability of about 3 times that of standard caulking materials (such as urethane and modified silicone). The expected durability is about 30 years. The cost will be about 50,000 to 100,000 yen higher for a building with a total floor area of 30 tsubo.

5. Finishing with a Trowel

Next, press firmly with a trowel that matches the joint width and finish it smoothly.

6. Removing the Masking Tape

Finally, promptly remove the masking tape after finishing.
