Roof Replacement Construction Procedure

This underlayment material boasts the highest quality, excelling in both waterproofing and durability, leaving others behind. By sandwiching the modified asphalt layer between non-woven fabric and base paper, it fully demonstrates the performance of the modified asphalt.
The expected durability is approximately 30 years!
4. Fabricating Accessories (Curlicue & Eaves)
The components used are made of SGL steel plate.
5. Main Construction (Aijii Industry/Super Galtect)
Once the installation reaches the ridge, we will install necessary materials called “nuki-bari” to secure the ridge cap. There are types of nuki-bari made of cedar and resin, and this time we used the resin type!
The resin type is expected to have twice the durability compared to the cedar type!
6. Ridge Cap Processing and Sealing
At the wall edge, we will process and install a component called “ameosae-bakin” (rainwater guard).
We will use stainless steel nails and screws that are resistant to rust for securing!

Procedure for Kiryoke (Eave) Metal Work

It is made of a delayed adhesive modified asphalt roofing material, which is said to have double the durability of regular asphalt roofing.
As a primary waterproofing measure, if the roofing is properly installed, there will be no leaks!
We will ensure it is securely attached to prevent it from blowing away.

About Roofing Materials
The roofing material used is the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry.
The Super Galtect comes with a manufacturer warranty of 15 years for the coating and 25 years for perforation.
We also provide a 10-year construction warranty!
Made of SGL steel plate, it is resistant to rust.
Insulation material is tightly applied from edge to edge of the roofing material, creating a metal plate that integrates steel and insulation.
When installed, insulation is applied even to the parts where the roofing materials overlap, and the surface is coated with a high heat-reflective paint, allowing for a cool summer and a warm winter.
Additionally, it has soundproofing properties, reducing the sound of rain.
Moreover, it is lightweight compared to other roofing materials, which reduces the sway during earthquakes, making it a good earthquake countermeasure.
It excels in finish, durability, insulation, soundproofing, and wind resistance, and the Super Galtect from Aijii Industry is the most commonly used in our construction achievements and is receiving considerable attention!
