Foundation Painting Construction Procedure

First, we thoroughly wash the foundation area with high pressure to remove dirt and moss! If any dirt remains, it will affect the adhesion and durability of the paint, so we wash it carefully. Any obstacles to the foundation painting, such as outdoor units, will be temporarily moved.

This is the first step of applying paint after high pressure washing and surface preparation, and it is the paint that ensures the middle and top coats adhere well to the surface. By applying the primer thoroughly, there will be a significant difference in durability and finish!
For primer on mortar surfaces, a cationic type sealer is optimal! The Miracle Sealer Eco used is a one-component water-based multifunctional primer that can be used as a primer for various water-based finishing materials, regardless of elastic or rigid types.
Using filler types for the primer is a no-go as it can cause bubbling. Using glossy paint is also not allowed to ensure breathability.
