Rain Gutter Replacement Work Procedure
1. Temporary scaffolding installation
We will assemble scaffolding suitable for the work.
2. Existing rain gutter dismantling
We carefully dismantle it to avoid damaging the eaves.
3. Bracket installation
This is a very important task to create the proper slope with the brackets.
4. New eaves gutter installation
We apply gutter adhesive thoroughly to prevent leaks.
5. Downspout installation
We direct rainwater from the eaves gutter to the downspout.
We pay attention to the position to avoid putting stress on it.
6. Installation of Vertical Gutters
Just like the eaves gutters, we apply rain gutter adhesive securely to prevent detachment.
7. Completion (Water Flow Test)
We run water to check for any leaks.
It’s an important task as deficiencies may be found during the final check.
That concludes the process.

For the rain gutters, we used Panasonic PC50.
Unlike Denka and Esron rain gutters, it has a steel plate inside, providing greater strength.

You can choose from six colors: Milk White, Pearl Gray, Shincha, Black, Modern Beige, and Oak Brown.
