Exterior Wall Painting Construction Procedure

1. High-Pressure Washing

First, we thoroughly remove dirt and moss from the exterior walls using high-pressure washing! If any dirt remains, it can affect the adhesion and durability of the paint, so we wash carefully. We also wash the exterior structures, concrete floors, and inside the rain gutters. This time, we used bio-cleaning!

2. Masking

Using masking tape, blue sheets, and polymer masks, we protect areas that will not be painted, such as windows, sashes, and floors. This is a very important task in the painting process!

If masking is neglected, gaps can form, allowing paint to seep in or resulting in uneven lines.

3. Surface Preparation

Next, while checking the condition of the exterior walls, we perform surface preparation such as crack repairs.

4. Primer Application

This is the first step of applying paint after completing high-pressure washing and substrate treatment. It is the paint used to firmly adhere the middle and top coats applied from above to the painting surface. By applying the primer thoroughly, there will be a significant difference in durability and finish!

The paint used is SK Kaken /Miracle Sealer Eco.

5. Middle Coat

Next is the middle coat. This is an important process to eliminate unevenness in order to showcase the performance of the paint and achieve a beautiful finish!

The paint used is SK Kaken / Premium Silicon. The manufacturer’s expected durability is about 14 to 16 years.

6. Top Coat

Next is the top coat. This is the finishing touch for the exterior wall painting. We will consciously ensure that there are no uneven areas or missed spots, resulting in a beautiful finish!

The paint used is the same as the middle coat, SK Kaken / Premium Silicon.

7. Painting of Auxiliary Parts (Rain Gutter, Storage Door, Eaves, Fascia, Soffit, Gate)

After completing the surface preparation such as scraping for the

auxiliary parts, for iron components, we apply a rust preventive Lock Paint / Sabicut as a primer, followed by a mid-coat and top-coat with Lock Paint / Yumelock. We ensure that every detail is thoroughly painted!
